Return Policy

All Santa Monica Coin items MUST be returned in accordance with the below return policies.
Items that have been shipped to a third party are not eligible for return.

Santa Monica Coin wants you to feel secure with your transactions. Along with our unique inventory, we offer a 30-day “market value money-back guarantee” on all gold, silver, platinum, and palladium bullion items. Current market values are calculated using current COMEX spot rates and are at the discretion of Santa Monica Coin.
Items which are not as described may be returned for a full refund.
Items which are not characterized as “bullion items” by Santa Monica Coin will be given a full refund.
Buyer is responsible for return shipping and handling.

All requests for returns must be made within 30 days of the item’s receipt.
You must obtain a valid case number from Santa Monica Coin before returning your merchandise.

Once approved, customer service will provide you with your case number and return instructions.
To expedite your return, please print the case number on the outside of the return packaging.
Upon return to our warehouse, refunds will be issued within 1-5 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email with your refund information.
